Having burn issues?
Wicks can be a little finicky, depending on the surface your candle sits on, the room temperature, or airflow. If your vintage candle isn’t melting all the way to the edges of the glass or you notice any soot, don’t worry! Send us a message, and we’ll adjust or fix it for you at no cost—because we want every candle to burn beautifully in your home.
